My name is Samantha Spell, also known as Sammie. I've been catering to the public for their beauty needs since 1998. I attended Carver High School in Baltimore, MD 2000-2004. where I majored in cosmetology. I've been a licensed cosmetologist since 2005, working independently in various settings from salons, to traveling to the homes of my clients.
